This policy explains how OVNY Publish, an internal tool operated by OVNY, handles data when it connects to TikTok.

Data we access

When an account owner authorizes OVNY Publish through TikTok Login Kit, we receive an access token and the basic profile information of that account (display name and identifier), through the user.info.basic and video.upload permissions. We use them only to send videos produced by OVNY to the drafts of that same account.

Data we do not collect

We do not access, collect or store data about other TikTok users, followers, comments, messages or analytics, and we do not use cookies or trackers on this website.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored only on the OVNY team's own computer, in a file readable solely by its owner, and are never shared, sold or transferred to anyone.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept as long as the account owner keeps the authorization active. The owner can revoke access at any time from the TikTok app (Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services permissions), after which the tokens stop working and are deleted. Deletion requests can also be sent to kylian@ovny.media.
