Last updated: October 30, 2026
OVNY Publish is an internal tool operated by OVNY. By authorizing it on a TikTok account, the account owner agrees to these terms.
Purpose
The tool uploads videos and captions created by OVNY to the drafts of TikTok accounts owned by OVNY. It never publishes content by itself: every draft is reviewed and published manually by the account owner in the TikTok app.
Eligible users
Access is limited to the OVNY team and to TikTok accounts owned by OVNY. The tool is not a public service.
Content
OVNY is responsible for the content it uploads and commits to respecting the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Revocation
The account owner can revoke the authorization at any time from the TikTok app. OVNY may stop or modify the tool at any time.
Liability
The tool is provided as is, for internal use. These terms are governed by French law.
